The customer who has wrong wrong order or received a product that did not want or is not satisfied with the purchase can exercise the right of withdrawal, or the ability to return the product within 8 days of receipt of the good.

The transport costs for the eventual return of the products are borne by the customer who will ensure the delivery of the same at the residence of the Seller.

The Company SNOB be deemed authorized not to accept the return if it is not requested and used that form and when they are not respected, the following additional conditions:

a) The products must not have been used, washed or damaged or present still tampering that might compromise its use as the new head;
b) The head of clothing must be returned with the card identifier intact;
c) The return must take place in any case, without exception, within 8 days from the ricevimentodell'autorizzazione made.
If all the required conditions have been met, we will replace or refund the price of the purchased products, less the cost of shipping. The customer in this case you will immediately receive a confirmation email for return and refund within thirty days of notification, with the same method of payment of the goods or otherwise which will be indicated by the Client.

If the seller decides not to accept the return for the loss of one of the conditions set out, will promptly contact the customer, informing him about the possibility of being able to have the products purchased and in any case always at his expense. If the customer refuses this last opportunity, the company seller reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for the purchase of products.

N.B. In the case of returned goods for products on sale, discounted or below cost no reimbursement in money, but a good buy for the same value of goods made which could be used for future purchases from the seller within one year from the date of issue .
